This song brings with it the rhythm my heart skipped, composed specially for you. Like a blanket I am enveloped in every syllable that hugs all 5 feet of me, suffocating my every attempt at releasing myself from their grasps.

It's funny the difference a year makes, and the haunting similarities that repeat like the themes in your favorite novel. Our favorite novel. If my life was a novel, you'd be the one that got away.
